I would highly recommend System6kitchens, and have done. We are really pleased with the results. The whole experience was relatively painless. We contacted them, a representative came out and measured our old kitchen. We then went into the showroom and looked at the options for door/drawer fronts etc. After choosing these we went in again to look at the worktop options. We were then given several brochures to look through and then choose the door handles and other fitments. They took into consideration that we need taps that are easy to turn on and off because of my hands. We were shown options for cooker, hob and hood, and as we particularly wanted a gas cooker, this was factored into the plan. No kitchen can be fitted without problems these were dealt with quickly and efficiently, thank you system6 for our wonderful new kitchen.

Our kitchen designer visited us at home and understood exactly what we were looking for and guided us through our options, making suggestions and recommending things that we would never have thought of. We also visited the showroom which was inspiring and again met with our designer. Plans were professionally prepared and presented to us along with a written quotation and when we changed our minds about a couple of things it was no problem at all. Everything including all the tradesmen that we needed to fit the kitchen were taken care of for us and managed by our designer. Thank you very much for taking the time to listen to what we wanted - we are over the moon with our new kitchen.

More than disappointed! My parents used system six, so we thought we would offer them our business. We went into the shop twice and the second time left our plans for our kitchen extension. We were told that they would get back to us the following week to arrange a site visit. Three weeks later I finally managed to get hold of Richard who apologised and we arranged a visit at our house on the Saturday. Saturday morning he cancelled so we said we were disappointed but agreed to re-schedule for the Wednesday night at 6pm. Wednesday night, no show, waited for an hour, tried his mobile which went straight to answerphone,no phone call or apology ! We give up, they oviously don't need our business so we will take it else where.
